        1.File an oral complaint at the District Public    

           Prosecutors Offices or file a written complaint.

        2.Report to the undertaking section and provide

           certification.

        3.Take the deposition.

        4.Review.

        5.Issue the letter of notice for paying the fine.

        6.Pay the regulation fees and receive the receip.

        7.Report back to the undertaking section and hand

            over the receipt of examination.

        8.Case closed.
